Our preferred lenders can help you determine how much you can afford and what your monthly payments will be. Once you are preapproved for a home loan, you are ready to make a new home purchase.

Escrow Information
Once you place a deposit on your new home, the title company will open escrow. The title company, First American Title, is an independent third party that acts as the agent for buyer and seller, carrying out instructions of both and disbursing documents and funds. Once your loan is funded by your lender, escrow will close. The transfer of property will be completed and then you will be the owner of a beautiful new home.
